Booking Terms
Booking terms and house policies.
These terms apply to direct bookings made through emotions.com.gr or by phone, email and bank transfer with our reservations desk. Bookings made through Booking.com or other distribution channels follow the cancellation and payment terms shown on those platforms; the property-level house rules below still apply.
Reservation deposit
We hold the booking against a 25% deposit, charged to the credit card supplied at booking or paid by bank transfer to the National Bank of Greece account we share on request. A non-refundable rate is offered as an alternative on selected dates with a discount; this rate is paid in full at booking and is not refunded in case of cancellation, no-show or shortened stay.
Cancellation
Standard rate: free cancellation up to seven days before arrival. Cancellation within seven days of arrival forfeits the 25% deposit. No-show or departure before the scheduled date is charged at 100% of the booked stay. Non-refundable rate: no refund in any case. To cancel, please contact us by email or phone with the reservation number and security code.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 12:00. Reception is open 08:00–22:00; arrivals after 22:00 are accepted by prior arrangement. Late check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 is charged at half the day rate (less the cost of breakfast); check-out after 18:00 is charged at the full day rate. Please write your expected arrival time in the comments field on the booking form, or in the contact form.
Rates, taxes and breakfast
Rates are per room, per night, and exclude the statutory accommodation tax (φόρος διαμονής), which is billed separately at check-in per Greek law. Breakfast is an optional add-on, served 08:00–11:00 with local Evrytanian products, charged per person at booking or at check-in.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, cash and electronic payment via Viva. The online booking engine accepts all major cards. For bank transfer or group bookings, please contact us directly.
Children and infants
Infants under two years stay free of charge; a cot is available on request. Children between two and twelve years can stay in a double room with an extra €20 per night.
Pets
Pets are not accepted at the property.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area of the hotel — rooms or shared spaces — in line with Greek law.
Group bookings and events
The online booking engine accepts up to ten rooms in a single reservation. For larger groups, conferences, corporate events, weddings, christenings or birthdays, please contact us directly for special rates and arrangements.
Confirmation
You will receive an automated confirmation email with a voucher in PDF, plus an SMS to the mobile number you provide. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder and the email address you entered, then contact us if it has not arrived.
