Rates and Taxes The pricing information provided by our system are final and include all taxes.
Βooking guarantee For the validation of your booking you need to pay in advance a deposit of 25% of the total amount. This is done by charging your credit card or by bank deposit in our bank account of the National Bank.
If you wish, there is the option of a non-refundable booking with a 15% discount. In this case, you should pay the full amount of your booking and will be non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show.
Completion of your reservation Once you make a reservation, you will receive a text message in your e-mail as well as in your mobile phone (if you have selected the appropriate box) with a proof (Voucher) in a PDF format with the details of your booking.
E-mail confirmation If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation with your reservation, you may have written a wrong e-mail address. Please double check the address of your e-mail before you complete your reservation. Also, in some cases the confirmation e-mail may result in the spam folder. In anycase, if you have not received confirmation, please contact us.

Check out until 18:00 will result with a half-day charge minus the cost of breakfast.
Check out after 18:00 will result with a full day charge minus the cost of breakfast.
For your convenience, if you arrive late or very early, we advise you to inform us in advance, using the comments box on the online booking form or the contact form.
Cancellation policy In case of cancellation, please contact the hotel by telephone or via the contact form of the online reservation system and request to cancel your booking giving the number and security code of your reservation.
  • In case of cancellation 21 days before arrival, there will be no charge.
  • Cancellation less than 21 days results in forfeiture of the deposit (25%).
  • In case of no show or departure prior to the scheduled date incur 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
  • In case of a special offer, there will be no refund.
Maximum number of rooms You can book up to 10 rooms, depending on availability. If you want to make a reservation for more than 10 rooms, please send an e-mail to the e-mail address [email protected] or call us at 2237025725.
Events For conferences, corporate events, group bookings and long stays, special rates apply by agreement. Also, we offer he hotel for weddings, christenings, birthdays and other events.
Breakfast Breakfast is served 08:00 - 10:30 in a style buffet. If you do not wish to have breakfast, please calculate €10 less at the cost per night. The Emotions Cafe and Reception operate 08:00 - 22:00.
Kids Infants and children under 2 years old stay free and we are able to provide baby cot. Children between 2-12 years old can stay in a double room with a €20 extra charge per night.
Pets Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
Credit cards We accept MasterCard, VISA. If you do not have a credit card or do not want to use our secure payment system, you may contact the reservation department of our hotel at 237025725 in order to send you the bank account number and make the reservation.
